Arbr employs a meticulously crafted operational model that synergizes sustainability and expansion. The nascent stage of pooling resources propels project advancement, with token sales wholly channeled into the project. The ARBR token acts as the bedrock of the Arbr ecosystem, empowering holders with NFTs that signify a stake in property ownership. Of course you will also be able to procure goods at preferential rates from ventures established on the property via ARBR token.

The total supply for ARBR is capped at 1 billion, with an unambiguous initial distribution: 50% aimed at fostering the community, and 50% earmarked for project augmentation. A commitment to enduring project engagement is embodied by an 80% vesting of the development allocation, set to have equal monthly unlocks until 2026. This pragmatic blueprint bolsters project resilience and cultivates community trust.

The ventures founded on our agrarian properties will operate on a decentralized model, with a mandatory contribution of 20% of profits toward project initiatives. Half of this, 10%, is allocated to an ecological non-profit chosen by the DAO, while the remaining 10% is utilized for a quarterly token buy/burn, elevating the quality of our offerings as the token supply gradually contracts.

We emphasize the transparent and accountable reinvestment of funds raised through the token in the project.
